It is a selection process. Every collaboration begins with an application and evaluation.
This process is not designed to filter companies only — it is designed to evaluate founders: how they think, how they decide, and how they execute under real constraints.

Organizations I've built, scaled, or advised across industries—from startups to established operations.
Path of Life
A journey through technology, education, entrepreneurship, product development, operations, and business growth.
Today
I help founders build scalable organizations by transforming ideas into systems, chaos into processes, and effort into sustainable growth. In June 2024, I returned to Iran after exiting my business and transitioning out of active operations. Today, I work selectively with businesses whose founders have the mindset and capacity to build sustainable systems. My focus is primarily on medical aesthetics clinics, dental and eye care businesses, surgical services, education companies, architecture-related businesses, early-stage startups, and traditional businesses transitioning into digital systems.
Growth
After moving to Canada, worked on growth and operations across construction, healthcare, and service-based businesses in Toronto. Joined a construction-related electrical contracting business as a growth partner, where we scaled projects to approximately $5M within 18 months, including work with University of Toronto, Waterloo Airport, and Georgian College. Later entered the medical aesthetics industry, launching one clinic and co-acquiring another in Toronto. Focused on customer acquisition, retention systems, CRM design, upselling frameworks, and team training until mid-2024. Alongside these roles, I also ran a management consulting practice working with various businesses on operations and growth systems.
Product
Led the development and growth of products such as Navaaz and Showmat, connecting technology, business strategy, marketing, and customer experience.
Entrepreneurship
Founded and co-founded multiple startups including Artsoogh, Pinchin, Exseer, and KeyKoja. Built teams, structured operations, and translated early-stage ideas into functional products and business models. This journey included launching Artsoogh, a supply chain marketplace platform, and working on a value-added services business focused on app monetization and revenue model design. Later built KeyKoja, an AI-based travel planning engine designed to generate personalized travel experiences based on user needs—at a time when this type of product was still emerging in the market.
Operations
Later joined forces with Pooria Ghajari to help formally establish Talayiha Olympiad Club, where I contributed to building the operational and sales structure and supported its growth into a nationally recognized Olympiad training institution.
Education
Started teaching mathematics and physics at 18 and quickly became a strong instructor in the field. Co-founded the Tarang technical group and worked on facade and interior design projects, gaining hands-on experience in applied engineering and design execution. Worked as a tour leader across Iran, engaging directly with diverse people and real-world environments, which deepened my understanding of human behavior and decision-making. These experiences shaped my core perspective on how people learn, think, and perform when systems and context are designed properly.
Curiosity
At 15, I became fascinated by problems others had learned to live with. At Allameh Helli School in Tehran, I helped revive student innovation exhibitions alongside Dr. Mehdi Asadpour, built an AVR-based smart metering kit inspired by challenges from Tehran Gas Company, explored programming and Physics Olympiad, and later helped bring the school's arts festival back to life. Looking back, these weren't separate interests—they were early expressions of the same drive: understanding systems, improving them, and creating something meaningful from an idea.
